The role provides exposure to the full HR value chain, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, HR reporting, and compliance.<br \/>\n\tThe HR Graduate will also gain insight into HR systems, labour legislation, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives, laying a foundation for a future career in Human Resources.<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment and Onboarding<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure up to date organograms for each site.<br \/>\n\tEnsure up to date workforce plans and vacancy list per country.<br \/>\n\tAssist with job postings and screening resumes.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate and participate in interviews.<br \/>\n\tOnboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition.<br \/>\n\tUpdate the recruitment needs and applications in Direct Hire.<\/p>\n<p>Organisational Development<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist with employee wellness initiatives.<br \/>\n\tIdentity corporate social investment opportunities in each country.<br \/>\n\tAssessment of organisational culture (exit interviews, post-engagement interviews and climate surveys).<\/p>\n<p>Training and Development<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure an updated training plan per country.<br \/>\n\tEnsure a personal development plan per employee that forms part of the talent management programme.<br \/>\n\tUpdate 9 box matrix with identified successors for critical roles.<\/p>\n<p>Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure each employee has a performance scorecard \/ contract.<br \/>\n\tEnsure each employee has an annual performance review.<\/p>\n<p>Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure the collation of accurate monthly reports.<br \/>\n\tConduct HR compliance audits.<br \/>\n\tUpdate HR records in Sage.<br \/>\n\tAssist with the communication of HR policies.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in HR system implementation (time and attendance, overtime app, FAWOW and Connect Hub).<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<p>\tHonors degree in Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n<p>EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n<p>\tA minimum of 1-year of relevant experience would be advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED<\/p>\n<p>\tMedically fit as per company standards.<br \/>\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tExcellent organisational and time management skills.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br \/>\n\tAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.<br \/>\n\tA proactive and motivated individual.<br \/>\n\tCompliance-orientated.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate a high level of integrity in all actions.<\/p>\n<p>FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.<\/p>\n<p>CLOSING DATE: 2026\/03\/18<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Fraser Alexander (Pty) Ltd.","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Fraser Alexander has been providing customised solutions to the mining industry since 1912.
