Job Description<\/p>\n
\tContributes towards projects.
\n\tCoordinating of work activities and supervises allocated HR resources.
\n\tAdheres to financial administrative controls. Assists with compiling project budgets and purchases.
\n\tPlans own work activities according to project plans.
\n\tUtilizes and maintains own facilities, material, and equipment.
\n\tConducts research support, diagnostics, and other services.
\n\tCollects, captures, and processes data with basic analysis.
\n\tProvides verbal\/written reports on work activities and results.
\n\tAdheres to quality standards.
\n\tOptimizes equipment and\/or processes and\/or systems.
\n\tAssisting in the preparation for presentations.
\n\tRenders diagnostic, technical and other services under supervision.
\n\tComplies with SHE\/OHS policies and procedure.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma or BSc in Plant Breeding\/Agronomy\/Plant Production or closely related field.
\n\tMinimum of (2) two to (3) Three years Applicable experience in field trial management, research methods and data handling (added advantage to have this in potato and any tuber or root crop production).
\n\tAgricultural knowledge and skills.
\n\tPlanning\/Organising skills.
\n\tGood communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\tComputer literacy.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license.
\n\tWilling to work in adverse conditions.<\/p>\n
