\tPurpose of this role is to ensure the profitability of all sites within the portfolio by managing risks and identifying opportunities as the key account manager, as well as instilling customer centricity through regular, meaningful interactions.\u00a0 Purpose is also to ensure compliance in terms of Health and Food Safety, operational stability, and people development.<\/p>\n

\tDrive Operational Excellence through regular, meaningful interactions to drive an inclusive partnership with each customer.\u00a0
\n\tEnsuring that all sites take the necessary actions and ensure training interventions to prevent damages and maintain facilities, equipment, and machinery.\u00a0
\n\tPeople Focus on empowering, developing and motivating teams and individuals to perform at their best. Ensure continuous development for yourself and team.\u00a0
\n\tFood Safety Focus in ensuring that all sites take the necessary actions and ensure training interventions are taken to eliminate food safety risks.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintain and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.\u00a0
\n\tPlan and execute business strategy to grow Ecowize Footprint in this region.\u00a0
\n\tGenerate leads for possible new business opportunities and communicate leads to Business Development Manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Job Specification:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAttend monthly meetings to discuss all aspects of the site such as progress reports, client feedback and team performance, aggregate hygiene reports, and budgets.\u00a0
\n\tUse information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback.\u00a0
\n\tConduct and report meetings with Teams.\u00a0
\n\tResponsible for all portfolio operational activities, including operational problem-solving.\u00a0
\n\tLead & manage Site Managers, who in turn must manage their teams in order to produce a food-safe portfolio, daily.\u00a0
\n\tEnforce a hygienic & safe working environment, with compliance to all statutory safety regulations.\u00a0
\n\tManage individual and team performance of HR Resource, and coach & develop Site Managers.\u00a0
\n\tManage and achieve the Portfolio Financial Budget.\u00a0
\n\tAdhere to and promote the Company Value System by compliance with the Ecowize Way.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Job Requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12.
\n\tManagement \/or Food Technology Qualification (advantageous).\u00a0
\n\tGood knowledge of Poultry and dry plants.
\n\tExperience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential.\u00a0
\n\tStaff Management and Labour Relations experience is essential.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tExperience working with a Hygiene Quality Management System is advantageous.\u00a0
\n\tOwn reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.\u202f\u00a0
\n\tGood command of the English Language.\u00a0
\n\tHigh-Quality administrative skills required.\u00a0
\n\tBe flexible to work at various sites as requested on short notice.<\/p>\n
The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMust be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAble to work a strict shift position and willing to work over weekends.\u00a0
\n\tExperience in the food production industry.\u00a0
\n\tMust be able to manage the strict flow of operations.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAbility to work in a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.\u00a0
\n\tHigh work standards, energetic and driven.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication skills (English Command).\u00a0
\n\tProficient in all Microsoft Applications.\u00a0\u00a0
