The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and efficient dispatch of stock, maintain high-quality documentation standards, and support seamless warehouse and transport operations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tComplete the\u00a0form\u00a0(POD Book of Transporter e.g.: RTT) in terms of where the stock has been loaded from, where it is going and confirm the pallet quantity and seal number.<br \/>\n\tName, surname, signature and date of dispatch should appear on the Proof of delivery.<br \/>\n\tAny deficiencies on the truck to be noted which could include amongst others, bad tyres, expired license disc, no seal loops.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that the vehicle is loaded as per the orders in hand.<br \/>\n\tAll CHEP pallets leaving the warehouse must be counted and the number of pallets should correspond to the paperwork received.<br \/>\n\tOnce the stock is loaded and the driver is done strapping the load, a photograph needs to be taken of the stock.<br \/>\n\tWhen the truck is closed and sealed the driver is required to sign the posted documentation and receive a copy of the documentation.<br \/>\n\tOnce the documentation is signed it is then scanned in and emailed to the procurement\/Stock\/Distribution team of CPT and the warehouse team of receiving region (JHB or KZN).<br \/>\n\tWhen the driver has received his documentation, double check that the driver\u2019s documents correspond to your own and that you have the transporters book.<br \/>\n\tFollow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.<br \/>\n\tPlan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrate flexibility in balancing achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organisational needs.<br \/>\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suit; moderate to advanced Excel skills; able to filter, tabulate, create and interpret graphs, pivot tables; moderate to advanced Outlook proficiency; able to use MS Outlook and Outlook 365, communicate effectively, inbox management, OS-Ticket System management.<br \/>\n\tThe potential or capacity to reason in spatial terms; to see the relationship between parts; to `complete\u2019 the picture; to envisage the whole or end-result; to anticipate the outcome.<br \/>\n\tThe capacity to strike the balance between conformity vs. nonconformity, in other words the capacity to follow rules, regulations and instructions, rather than to act regardless; to adhere to the views of superiors, equals and followers, rather than not to adhere to these; to act of one\u2019s own accord, rather not doing so; to not provoke others by acting in contradiction of what is expected or commanded, rather than to provoke others; to act on instructions from others, rather than not acting on other&#8217;s instruction; and to not challenge of others views or ideas, rather than to challenge others.<br \/>\n\tThe potential or capacity to organize\/plan\/manage time and to adequately allocate to and divide time between various tasks\/aspects of work, in order to optimize performance.<br \/>\n\tLooked upon as a broad and prominent style of communication of the particular person and not as behaviour which is limited to certain areas of communication only, such as conflict resolution: to what extent is it part and parcel of the respondent\u2019s attitude, belief or behaviour to give feedback to others in a positive and constructive manner with the aim to ensure others\u2019 understanding and willingness towards positive participation in goal directed action or actions.<br \/>\n\tIt refers to the extent of the person&#8217;s capacity to reflect and apply an orientation excellence; the capacity to eagerly create a climate which provides ongoing excellence through his \/ her behaviour \/ actions; this capacity will be reflected in the person&#8217;s capacity for production in the workplace \/ general role performance.<br \/>\n\tThis capacity refers to the person&#8217;s broad and prominent style of communication as part of their overall management capacity.
