You will not just build bots; you will create integrated ecosystems where AI-driven agents (Copilot) interact with customers or employees, trigger complex back-office RPA processes, and use Genesys Cloud Work Automation to orchestrate tasks across the enterprise, directly impacting the success of the employee experience and operational efficiency.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will move beyond simple task automation to design world-class, end-to-end solutions within a cross-functional Agile team. In order to achieve world-class solutions, we require team members to be open and comfortable with active participation in reviewing solutions, supporting production applications to maintain its stability and have a good problem-solving approach to understand and solve a wide range of issues.

\tMatric
\n\tRelevant IT degree\/diploma\u00a0
\n\tUIPATH RPA Developer Certification
\n\tMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or specific Copilot Studio training\/certification.
\n\tGenesys Cloud Certification (Professional or Associate) is a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience<\/p>\n
\t2+ years of development exposure and\/or experience
\n\tHands-on experience building, testing, and deploying bots in Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
\n\tProven experience with UiPath.\u00a0
\n\tDeep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
\n\tWorking knowledge of SQL, APIs, AD beneficial
\n\tWorking knowledge\/understanding of Workflow process development
\n\tDeliverables include, but will not be limited to
\n\tIntelligent Agent Development: Design and configure Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to handle complex queries and trigger automated workflows via Power Automate.
\n\tAdvanced RPA Engineering: Develop robust, scalable UiPath automation solutions for high-volume back-office processes, ensuring error handling and security standards are met.
\n\tAI Integration: Leverage AI Builder and Copilot capabilities to extract data from unstructured documents and feed it into RPA pipelines.
\n\tPerformance Optimization: Monitor and tune the performance of the automation stack, providing technical support for integrated AI\/RPA solutions.
\n\tTechnical Documentation: Maintain high-quality documentation for solution architectures, bot logic, and integration flows.<\/p>\n
Competencies Required<\/p>\n
\tThe ability to decide when to use RPA (UI-based) vs. API-based automation vs. AI-driven Agent interfaces.
\n\tAbility to translate technical automation logic into business value for stakeholders.
\n\tStrong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
\n\tExperience working in cross-functional teams with a passion for collaboration
