\tWe are seeking a highly accurate and reliable individual to join our client in Centurion, within the FMCG industry, as a Sage Evolution Expert \u2013 Data Capturer \/ Receptionist. This role is critical in ensuring accurate production data is captured, processed, and reported, while also providing a professional front-office presence.
\n\tThe successful candidate will combine strong administrative skills, Sage Evolution expertise, and excellent communication with honesty and integrity.<\/p>\n
Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tThe primary purpose of this role is to accurately capture production and operational data into Sage Evolution and Excel, ensuring compliance with reporting, food safety, and quality systems. Additionally, the incumbent will manage reception duties and maintain a professional interface with clients and service providers.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Minimum education (essential):<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate<\/p>\n
Minimum applicable experience (years):<\/p>\n
\t1-3 years of experience<\/p>\n
Required nature of experience:<\/p>\n
\tExperience with Sage Evolution Manufacturing module
\n\tExperience in data capturing and administrative tasks
\n\tHandling production documentation and reporting
\n\tExperience performing reception duties, including answering switchboard calls and welcoming visitors<\/p>\n
Skills and Knowledge (essential):<\/p>\n
\tProficient in Excel, Word, and general computer literacy
\n\tStrong numerical and analytical ability
\n\tExcellent attention to detail
\n\tExcellent and friendly communication skills<\/p>\n
Other:<\/p>\n
\tProficient in Afrikaans and English
\n\tOwn transport and valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n

\tCapture production information into Sage Evolution accurately
\n\tMaintain accurate Excel records for Yield Reporting and Food Safety & Security systems
\n\tEnsure numerical integrity in all reporting
\n\tVerify and correct any discrepancies in data<\/p>\n
Production Documentation & Administration<\/p>\n
\tIssue and print production paperwork in numerical sequence
\n\tMaintain proper filing of production documents
\n\tEnsure timely availability of reports for management<\/p>\n
Reception & Communication<\/p>\n
\tAnswer telephone switchboard and redirect calls professionally
\n\tWelcome visitors and manage reception area
\n\tProvide assistance to clients and service providers courteously
\n\tMaintain a professional and friendly environment<\/p>\n

\tEnsure all data capturing follows company policies and ethical standards
