This position sits at the heart of our growing global organisation, you\u2019ll be responsible for all aspects of your centre\u2019s performance including delivering sales targets. We\u2019ll give you autonomy and resource to manage your centre as though it\u2019s your own business. You\u2019ll have a wide range of responsibilities including:<\/p>\n

About you<\/p>\n
Ideally, you\u2019ll have some experience of delivering against targets when leading a small, close-knit team. You may have run a flexible workspace centre before, or else a store, restaurant or any site with a high degree of customer focus. You\u2019ll have succeeded in previous sales roles, demonstrating that you can build a sales pipeline and consistently sell. Alongside your natural sales and commercial skills, what matters most is that you\u2019ve got the right mindset: passion, drive, ownership and resilience.<\/p>\n
