Your Team and Role<\/p>\n
Working on the IT Ops Team, you\u2019ll support over 300 team members with the necessary internal tools and systems that empower them to complete their projects with expertise, speed, and ease. You\u2019ll work on projects to continuously review and improve service delivery standards and mechanisms for internal tools with the goal of consistently delivering excellent and trustworthy IT Services, and work on other related projects. Examples of recent projects include:<\/p>\n
\tSpeeding up and simplifying the onboarding process for new team members
\n\tDeploying Intune MDM for all corporate computers.
\n\tBuilding Azure Active Directory Authenticated VMs for Windows App Testing<\/p>\n
As a\u00a0Senior IT Ops Engineer\u00a0you\u2019ll be instrumental in ensuring our team members have what they need to raise the standard of trust online.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
\tMust have experience administering Microsoft Entra and Intune for medium-to-large (300+) organizations, ideally in a remote setting.
\n\tExperience administering and supporting cloud and SaaS applications, including Office 365, connected via Entra SSO \/ IDP, SharePoint, etc.
\n\tExperience administrating and managing medium-to-large Microsoft Entra tenants, preferably using Terraform or some other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technology.
\n\tAbility to remote troubleshoot on macOS, Windows, Linux, iPhone, Android, and Office365.
\n\tBasic familiarity with Linux sysadmin utilities.
\n\tSound understanding of best practices for administrative access, including least-privilege and other security measures.
\n\tExcellent writing skills for admin-facing and user-facing documentation.<\/p>\n
