Innovation, initiative, and a drive for excellence are key to ensuring everything we do is efficient, impactful, and future-ready.<br \/>\n\tThe OD team aims to ensure all our companies, departments, and teams are engaged, skilled, and ready for what\u2019s next.<br \/>\n\t\u00a0Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll do<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:<\/p>\n<p>\tInduction and Onboarding <\/p>\n<p>\t\tDeliver engaging induction for new joiners<br \/>\n\t\tContinuously improve onboarding materials and processes<\/p>\n<p>\tMandatory Training<\/p>\n<p>\t\tCreate, update and launch mandatory training content<br \/>\n\t\tMonitor completion and drive engagement<br \/>\n\t\tProvide reporting to various teams<br \/>\n\t\tAttend, and support business audits<\/p>\n<p>\tPsychometric Provider<\/p>\n<p>\t\tManage the psychometric assessment provider<br \/>\n\t\tSupport and answer queries of HR and Talent Acquisition teams with knowledge and best practice of psychometrics<br \/>\n\t\tContinuously communicate and share knowledge about this subject<\/p>\n<p>\tLearning and Development<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIdentify learning needs and design solutions<br \/>\n\t\tSupport delivery of targeted learning programmes<\/p>\n<p>\tPerformance Management<\/p>\n<p>\t\tEmbed effective performance management practices<br \/>\n\t\tSupport the annual performance cycle with regular communications, tools and training<br \/>\n\t\tOptimise and innovate on improving the performance tool<\/p>\n<p>\tWorkday Learning<\/p>\n<p>\t\tMaintain and optimise Workday Learning content, design and information<br \/>\n\t\tUpload materials, track usage, and generate insights and reports<\/p>\n<p>\tOD and HR Projects<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLead and support OD and HR initiatives<br \/>\n\t\tApply OD principles to ensure excellence in various types of projects<\/p>\n<p>\tExternal Development<\/p>\n<p>\t\tManage the external development needs and requests<br \/>\n\t\tRecommend external learning opportunities such as conferences<br \/>\n\t\tManage relationships with training providers<br \/>\n\t\tSource the best providers<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborating with Global Teams<\/p>\n<p>\t\tEnsure consistency in OD practices across entities<br \/>\n\t\tShare best practices and co-create global solutions<\/p>\n<p>\tRelationship Management and Providers<\/p>\n<p>\t\tBuild strong stakeholder and partner relationships<br \/>\n\t\tSource and onboard new learning and OD providers<br \/>\n\t\tSupport onboarding of acquired companies, providers and technologies<\/p>\n<p>\tInnovating Work Practices<\/p>\n<p>\t\tImplement innovative approaches<br \/>\n\t\tChampion continuous improvement and innovation in simplifying, streamlining and improving all OD processes<\/p>\n<p>\tSupporting Annual Graduate Programmes<\/p>\n<p>\t\tContribute to graduate programme design and delivery<br \/>\n\t\tSupport onboarding and development of graduates<\/p>\n<p>\tCreating Learning Material for Workday Learning<\/p>\n<p>\t\tDesign engaging digital learning content<br \/>\n\t\tAlign materials with business needs and culture<\/p>\n<p>\tDesigning and Delivering OD Initiatives<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLead OD initiatives to enhance performance and engagement<br \/>\n\t\tFacilitate workshops and team sessions<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll bring <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re someone who brings:<\/p>\n<p>\tClear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas<br \/>\n\tA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross\u2011functional teams to hit shared goals<br \/>\n\tStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball<br \/>\n\tExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high\u2011quality work<br \/>\n\tAdaptability \u2013 you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast\u2011moving environments<br \/>\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field<br \/>\n\tProficient in Workday Learning (or similar LMS) and comfortable using digital learning tools, platforms, and reporting systems (e.g. Excel)<br \/>\n\tProject Management &amp;
