\n\tAs our Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner, you\u2019ll play a key part in delivering organisational effectiveness, getting hands-on with . supporting learning and development, performance management, induction, psychometric assessments, creating and uploading mandatory training, maintaining and using Workday Learning, onboarding new companies and technologies, and ensuring alignment and consistency across our global teams. What you\u2019ll do<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:<\/p>\n
\tInduction and Onboarding <\/p>\n
\t\tDeliver engaging induction for new joiners
\n\t\tContinuously improve onboarding materials and processes<\/p>\n
\tMandatory Training<\/p>\n
\t\tCreate, update and launch mandatory training content
\n\t\tMonitor completion and drive engagement
\n\t\tProvide reporting to various teams
\n\t\tAttend, and support business audits<\/p>\n
\tPsychometric Provider<\/p>\n
\t\tManage the psychometric assessment provider
\n\t\tSupport and answer queries of HR and Talent Acquisition teams with knowledge and best practice of psychometrics
\n\t\tContinuously communicate and share knowledge about this subject<\/p>\n
\tLearning and Development<\/p>\n
\t\tIdentify learning needs and design solutions
\n\t\tSupport delivery of targeted learning programmes<\/p>\n
\tPerformance Management<\/p>\n
\t\tEmbed effective performance management practices
\n\t\tSupport the annual performance cycle with regular communications, tools and training
\n\t\tOptimise and innovate on improving the performance tool<\/p>\n
\tWorkday Learning<\/p>\n
\t\tMaintain and optimise Workday Learning content, design and information
\n\t\tUpload materials, track usage, and generate insights and reports<\/p>\n
\tOD and HR Projects<\/p>\n
\t\tLead and support OD and HR initiatives
\n\t\tApply OD principles to ensure excellence in various types of projects<\/p>\n
\tExternal Development<\/p>\n
\t\tManage the external development needs and requests
\n\t\tRecommend external learning opportunities such as conferences

\n\t\tSource the best providers<\/p>\n
\tCollaborating with Global Teams<\/p>\n
\t\tEnsure consistency in OD practices across entities

\tCreating Learning Material for Workday Learning<\/p>\n

\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field
\n\tProficient in Workday Learning (or similar LMS) and comfortable using digital learning tools, platforms, and reporting systems (e.g. Excel)
\n\tProject Management & Coordination experience
\n\tData reporting experience
\n\tFacilitation and presentation skills<\/p>\n
Desirable skills you\u2019ve got up your sleeve<\/p>\n
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:<\/p>\n
\tIn-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
\n\tPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
\n\tFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
\n\tExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
\n\tCIPD accredited and registered
\n\tAdvanced knowledge of Workday Learning
\n\tExperience with psychometric tools for recruitment and development purposes
\n\tGlobal project management experience<\/p>\n
