Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProvide general administrative support to the legal department.
\n\tHandle inquiries from clients, attorneys, and credit providers via phone and email.
\n\tFollow up with clients to ensure queries and requests are resolved.
\n\tNegotiate basic payment terms with credit providers on behalf of clients.
\n\tMaintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tEnsure confidentiality of all information and documentation.<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tStrong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
\n\tExcellent comprehension and reading ability.
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.
\n\tProblem-solving ability and initiative.
\n\tExcellent organizational and time management skills.
\n\tProfessional, client-focused approach.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum requirement:\u00a0National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
\n\tPrevious experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
\n\tExperience in a legal or financial environment is advantageous.
\n\tNo legal degree required \u2013 full training will be provided.<\/p>\n
