The role partners with Operations leadership to build workforce capability, ensure legal compliance, optimize labour cost, drive performance culture, and strengthen talent pipelines within a fast-paced, multi-site restaurant environment.<br \/>\n\tHR Operational Strategy &amp; Business Partnering \u00b7 Translate company strategy into an annual HR operational plan. \u00b7 Partner with Operations leadership to align workforce planning with forecasts. \u00b7 Drive labour cost optimization initiatives. \u00b7 Develop and monitor HR dashboards (turnover, TTF, absenteeism, labour ratio, engagement). \u00b7 Lead change management initiatives across multiple sites. \u00b7 Standardize HR processes across all restaurants.<br \/>\n\tTalent Acquisition &amp; Workforce Planning \u00b7 Lead workforce forecasting aligned to operational requirements. \u00b7 Build proactive talent pipelines for management and frontline roles. \u00b7 Achieve 30\u201335 day Time to Fill target for management roles. \u00b7 Standardize recruitment and selection processes. \u00b7 Oversee implementation of onboarding and induction programs. \u00b7 Maintain recruitment metrics and analytics.<br \/>\n\tEmployee Relations &amp; Compliance \u00b7 Oversee the leadership of disciplinary, grievance, and misconduct cases. \u00b7 Coach managers on employee relations and conflict resolution. \u00b7 Ensure compliance with labour legislation. \u00b7 Monitor ER trends and implement preventative measures. \u00b7 Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective action.<br \/>\n\tPerformance Management &amp; Capability Development \u00b7 Implement performance management systems. \u00b7 Drive management capability programs. \u00b7 Support under-performance management processes. \u00b7 Lead succession planning for key operational roles.<br \/>\n\tRemuneration, Job Grading &amp; Benefits \u00b7 Maintain job evaluation and grading structures. \u00b7 Conduct salary bench-marking. \u00b7 Participate in annual salary reviews. \u00b7 Align incentive schemes to operational KPIs.<br \/>\n\tEmployment Equity &amp; Skills Development \u00b7 Develop and maintain Employment Equity plan. \u00b7 Prepare and submit EE reports. \u00b7 Facilitate stakeholder consultations. \u00b7 Monitor affirmative action measures.<br \/>\n\tCulture, Engagement &amp; Retention \u00b7 Monitor turnover trends and implement retention strategies. \u00b7 Drive employee engagement initiatives. \u00b7 Implement wellness programs. \u00b7 Strengthen communication between head office and restaurant teams. 8. HR Governance &amp; Systems \u00b7 Ensure HR data integrity and reporting accuracy. \u00b7 Oversee HR systems utilization. \u00b7 Maintain updated HR policies and procedures. \u00b7 Lead HR audits and compliance reviews.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree: Human resources \/ industrial psychology \/ business management or related field.
