\tTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Financial Manager: Retail & Constantia within the Trade division at Pretoria, Gauteng.<\/p>\n
Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThis role involves overseeing the financial operations of the Retail and Constantia divisions by managing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, working capital, pricing, process optimisation, and production cost monitoring to support overall organisational performance.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tLead financial planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting across Retail and Constantia
\n\tManage annual budgeting, monitor performance and provide variance insights
\n\tEnsure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and regulatory compliance
\n\tOversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital and cash\u2011conversion improvements
\n\tManage accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory levels
\n\tMaintain internal controls, ensure compliance and coordinate audits
\n\tDevelop pricing strategies, maintain pricing controls and support competitive analysis
\n\tMonitor production costs, identify variances and drive cost\u2011saving initiatives
\n\tOversee capital expenditure projects and track return on investment
\n\tStreamline financial processes, drive efficiencies and implement best practices
\n\tLead and develop the finance team, supporting performance and capability growth
\n\tCommunicate financial insights to senior leaders and prepare board presentations
\n\tCollaborate with cross\u2011functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
\n\tProfessional certification
\n\tMinimum 5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in a finance management role
\n\tExtensive knowledge of financial management principles and practices
\n\tFamiliarity with financial regulations, compliance standards and risk management
\n\tProficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AS400, Excel, Power BI)
\n\tStrong leadership and team\u2011management capabilities
\n\tExcellent analytical and problem\u2011solving skills
\n\tEffective communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tStrategic thinking with the ability to influence decision\u2011making
\n\tHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skills
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and willingness to travel
\n\tBilingual in English and Afrikaans (advantageous)<\/p>\n
