\tThe Front Office Manager will take full and sole responsibility for the supervision and control of all guest services, Reservations, Guest Relations and administration of the Front Office Department.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric essential
\n\tHospitality Management Qualification essential
\n\t2 – 3 Years Front Office management experience essential
\n\t5 Years+ Front Office experience
\n\tExperience with an HMS system (Protel advantageous)
\n\tHands-on Problem-Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
\n\tAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independently
\n\tLeadership skills and ability to delegate effectively
\n\tEffective communication with members of staff as well as guests of the hotel
\n\tHonest and trustworthy beyond approach
\n\tGreat attention to detail
\n\tPresentable and well spoken
\n\tTeam Player who leads by example
\n\tProactive in approach
\n\tInterpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to work shifts<\/p>\n
