Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tAs an Accountant in Aramex, you will play a vital role by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our accounting records through accurate processing of transactions,comprehensive account reconciliations and generation of insightful reports.<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/p>\n
\tEnsure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met
\n\tEnsure all inter-company transactions are timely captured and reconciled
\n\tResponsible for closing of all accounting modules
\n\tManagement of cash flow
\n\tPrepare supporting schedule for audit and management purposes
\n\tCoordinate with all departments and provide administrative support
\n\tProvide guidance, advices & support to the accounts team (including subsidiaries) at the operational level
\n\tPerform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
\n\tMaintenance of Fixed Asset Register
\n\tComplete VAT recon monthly
\n\tMonthly Revenue recon
\n\tCapturing all capex additions
\n\tAssist with Banking on SAP<\/p>\n
Job Requirements – Experience and Education<\/p>\n
\tBCom Degree in Accounting and\/or similar qualifications\/experience
\n\tCompleted SAICA Articles
\n\tMinimum 3 years of relevant experience
\n\tGood Microsoft Office Skills e.g. Excel
\n\tSAP experience beneficial
\n\tMust be able and willing to travel<\/p>\n
