We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce implementation and a strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance within the financial services sector.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance our banking operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDesign, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet the business requirements of the banking operations
\n\tCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into technical specifications
\n\tEnsure the Salesforce platform is configured and maintained in compliance with AML regulations and standards
\n\tImplement best practices for Salesforce development and deployment to ensure scalability and maintainability
\n\tDevelop and maintain integrations with other systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
\n\tProvide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and other team members
\n\tStay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve the platform<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
\n\tSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification preferred
\n\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation
\n\tStrong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements in the financial services sector
\n\tExperience working in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
\n\tProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
\n\tExcellent communication and collaboration skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tStrong problem-solving and analytical skills<\/p>\n
