Enablement Manager\u00a0in\u00a0Johannesburg\u00a0to drive talent management, learning and development, and organisational capability across the Meridian Group.<br \/>\n\tThis role focuses on executing recruitment, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to build a high-performing culture and support organisational growth.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>HR Strategy &amp; Business Alignment<\/p>\n<p>\tContribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy aligned to the Company FY strategic scorecard.<br \/>\n\tPartner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and align talent initiatives with business goals.<br \/>\n\tDrive HR-related strategic and operational projects aligned to the company\u2019s strategic objectives and project plans.<br \/>\n\tSupport organisational change initiatives by providing guidance on employee impact, engagement, and transition management.<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective implementation of corporate governance principles within HR practices.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Management &amp; Employer Brand<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and oversee the Meridan company talent strategy to attract and retain high-quality talent.<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.<br \/>\n\tImplement recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen the employer value proposition and employer brand.<br \/>\n\tEstablish and maintain assessment frameworks and selection methodologies to support effective hiring decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Learning, Enablement &amp; Leadership Development<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign and implement learning and development programmes aligned to organisational capability needs.<br \/>\n\tDevelop leadership development initiatives for different career stages, from emerging leaders to senior executives.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate coaching, mentoring, leadership capability programmes, and development interventions.<br \/>\n\tConduct learning needs analyses across business units to identify capability gaps and future skills requirements.<br \/>\n\tEnsure development programmes are practical, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Organisational Capability &amp; Talent Development<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and maintain capability matrices across the companies to support workforce planning and capability development.<br \/>\n\tSupport career progression frameworks, individual development plans (IDPs), and talent mobility initiatives.<br \/>\n\tDrive succession planning by implementing initiatives with critical roles, scarce skills, and leadership pipelines.<br \/>\n\tLead talent review processes and development planning initiatives to strengthen organisational capability.<\/p>\n<p>Learning Operations &amp; LMS Management<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the organisation\u2019s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective allocation of learning pathways, tracking of completion, and reporting of training outcomes.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate internal and external training providers and ensure quality learning delivery.<br \/>\n\tManage the learning and development budget and ensure compliance with allocated training budgets.<br \/>\n\tEnsure optimal utilisation of training resources across the Meridian Group.<\/p>\n<p>Data, Reporting &amp; HR Insights<\/p>\n<p>\tCompile detailed quarterly, annual, and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for leadership.<br \/>\n\tImplement HR metrics and KPIs in collaboration with team to measure the effectiveness of HR and enablement initiatives.<br \/>\n\tProvide insights to senior leadership on talent trends, development outcomes, and engagement levels.<br \/>\n\tUse data-driven insights to continuously refine HR strategies and learning interventions.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture<\/p>\n<p>\tLead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, organisational culture, and employee experience.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the wider team to implement employee well-being initiatives addressing mental, physical, emotional, and financial wellness.<br \/>\n\tFoster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and performance excellence across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Business, or related field.<br \/>\n\t8+ years\u2019 experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning &amp;
