Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate and streamline recruitment processes to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
\n\tHandle candidate sourcing, CV screening, and initial candidate engagement.
\n\tMaintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems.
\n\tCommunicate with candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
\n\tUphold confidentiality and compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
\n\tAssist and support the recruitment teams and their processes.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric Certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
\n\tA relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
\n\tPrior experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles will be beneficial.
\n\tComputer literate with a strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
\n\tStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<\/p>\n
