Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tThe Sales Manager Used Vehicles is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and profitability goals for used vehicles in the designated region.
\n\tThis role will oversee all aspects of the sales process, including inventory management, pricing strategies, customer relations, and staff development.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets for used vehicles\u00a0
\n\tManage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve performance goals and provide ongoing training and development
\n\tWork closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotions to attract customers and drive sales
\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
\n\tEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions
\n\tOversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and vehicle merchandising to maximize profitability
\n\tCollaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure seamless and efficient sales processes
\n\tDevelop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
\n\tStrong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive results
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software<\/p>\n
