S4 \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Sandvik Coromant Application Specialist Projects &#8211; South Africa &#8211; P3 \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Sales and Marketing Intern \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Junior Design Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Purpose of the role:<\/p>\n<p>\tThis role will be responsible for driving our Mobile Crushing and Screening Division growth strategy and managing the Mobiles business in the Sales Area Africa market<\/p>\n<p>The job responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild relationships and trust with our Distributors and Customers<br \/>\n\tDevelop and implement strategic business plans aligned to the Divisional strategy to achieve sales targets and ultimately grow our market share in Africa for both Equipment and Aftermarket, including a focus on ensuring high capture rate on aftermarket<br \/>\n\tResponsible for forecasting revenue for the territory and accountable for delivery of the forecasted revenue per month to defined profitability targets<br \/>\n\tSeek opportunities to upsell the Sandvik Finance option<br \/>\n\tAdopt tools to aid \u2013 CRM, Sales Bundling Tool etc<br \/>\n\tMeasure the performance of your accounts against the forecasted expectations and adjust wherever necessary through effective and decisive action making<br \/>\n\tProactive Management of inventory levels across the Territory to ensure aftermarket capture rate and improved leadtimes and availabilities for customers\/distributors<br \/>\n\tIn conjunction with the training function ensuring adequately trained local Service resources<br \/>\n\tPromote the image of Sandvik and Mobile Crushing &amp; Screening end to end offering in the accounts entrusted to you along with participating to local events and trade shows deemed beneficial<br \/>\n\tProvide updates on specific insights and activities by using internal and external networks and translate into informing go to market strategies<br \/>\n\tSupport the development of our portfolio and development relationships with Product Managers<br \/>\n\tDrive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance sales efficiency, customer experience, and market positioning<br \/>\n\tFocus on value selling to ensure our solutions provide value to the customer<br \/>\n\tActively engage with customers, fostering strong relationships and expanding market presence<br \/>\n\tResponsibility for relaationship management with Distributor accounts<br \/>\n\tAlignment with other sales area stakeholders in other Divisions to align and coordinate customer engagement across the offering to ensure a consistent customer experience<br \/>\n\tBuild commercial proposals and strategies to win new customer business<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with key stakeholders to support business wins<br \/>\n\tProactive performance management, goal setting and initiatives to drive high employee engagement within the team<br \/>\n\tDevelop ones &amp; teams EHS activities and actions associated with the annual commitment and sales area EHS plan<br \/>\n\tFollow EHS policies \/ procedures \/ training.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in EHS programs or activities.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Experience in key account management\/sales or business development in a B2B industry, with a minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience working in a similar role in the mining or construction industry<br \/>\n\tProven ability to build solid working relationship in a Dealer\/Distributor and\/or mining customer environment<br \/>\n\tProven experience and ability to manage high value accounts<br \/>\n\tA solid financial understanding to ensure deals hit required profitability requirements<br \/>\n\tExperience in technical &amp; business\/commercial discussions<br \/>\n\tStrong stakeholder and cross functional team management skills.<\/p>\n<p>Other Requirements &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tFluent in English<br \/>\n\tWillingness &amp;
