\t3 year diploma in purchasing logistics.
\n\t2-year procurement experience
\n\tComputer literate (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
\n\tConfidentiality is of the utmost importance as is the ability to work under pressure<\/p>\n
Primary Duties\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure compliance with funds procurement policy, procedures and processes of all contracts intended to source goods and services.
\n\tCreate and maintain an active audit trail for all procurement activities.
\n\tEnsure the implementation of RFP\/RFQ processes and projections to support bid documents in alignment with internal processes and procedures.
\n\tProvide guidance during briefing sessions regarding funds procurement processes to prospective service providers.
\n\tFacilitate presentation of various reports and documents to various procurement committees.
\n\tAdvise and ensure compliance of respective committees to terms of reference, legal and regulatory requirements.
\n\tFacilitate interaction with the market for all new and active bids.
\n\tMonitor contract expiry dates, to make necessary procurement initiatives while there\u2019s still time.
\n\tFacilitate and ensure the sourcing process is efficient and as short as possible Monitor and report on Opex and Supplementary budget and prepare variance reports
\n\tAssist and provide financial information and produce standardized reports.
\n\tAssist, investigate and rectify financial queries.
\n\tMonitor progress on all RFP\/RFQ and compile progress reports.
\n\tEnsure compliance with applicable regulations<\/p>\n
