\n\tFrom cloud infrastructure and identity management to device provisioning and networking, you\u2019ll ensure the technology powering our global team is reliable, secure and constantly improving.
\n\tYou\u2019ll join an 8-person infrastructure and engineering team, including platform, database and IT engineers, supporting teams across multiple international offices and remote environments.

What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
\tManage cloud, network, and hybrid systems including Azure, AWS, and on-premise infrastructure.
\n\tImplement identity and access management (Okta, Duo) and provision devices (MacOS, Windows) using MDM.
\n\tProvide hands-on IT support, maintain system reliability, and oversee AV and networking infrastructure.
\n\tAutomate processes through scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and collaborate across teams for upgrades, migrations, and improvements.<\/p>\n

\tAzure and AWS environments
\n\tApple device management (Mosyle or similar)
\n\tOkta, Duo, and identity systems
\n\tMacOS and Windows devices
\n\tOffice networking (switches, routers, connectivity)

\tExperience with Apple MDM -Mosyle or similar
\n\tMacOS and Windows desktop support experience
