\t\u201cThe protection of Alstom employees, sites, assets, projects in progress, as well as sensitive information, represents nowadays a necessity for our company development. \u201c
\n\tSecurity encompasses all active and passive measures allowing Alstom to guard itself against, and react to, any kind of intentional malicious action, both in material and immaterial fields.
\n\tIn this frame, the Site Security Manager receives delegation from the site MD to implement and oversees Alstom security policies and procedures at site level. He\/she is in charge of protecting Alstom people (employees and visitors), assets, sensitive information and of implementing crisis management processes in liaison with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n

EXTERNAL<\/p>\n
\tPrivate security companies (including companies providing security solutions, access control systems, etc\u2026)
\n\tLocal public and Security administrations (Police, Judicial & Administrative authorities)
\n\tSecurity managers of other companies, especially the neighboring ones
\n\tAlstom other Site or Project Security in the country (benchmarking, experience sharing)
\n\tOther consortium Security or staff if part of a consortium<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/p>\n
\tAssess the threat and identify the security risks for the site,
\n\tEnsure compliance of any security measure implemented within the site with the Group Security policies,
\n\tDefine and implement the relevant security measures for the site,
\n\tDefine and implement the right security organization for the site,
\n\tControl and update (depending on the risks) the site security organization, means and processes,
\n\tEdit and update the Site Security Plan
\n\tFollow both the general security and social situation in the site city \/ vicinity,
\n\tProvide advice and recommendations to the Site MD on security issues and ensure coordination with all security stakeholders (external and internal),
\n\tCreate and maintain the relevant local security network (security providers, security managers from other sites \/ companies, local public authorities, local police\u2026)
\n\tManage security awareness and ensure security knowledge of site employees,
\n\tReport all security incidents to the Site MD and the Country Security Manager (depending on the country security organization). Ensure that all appropriate measures are taken in liaison with the police \/ judicial services,
\n\tContribute to the security providers selection (in liaison with sourcing),
\n\tManage and follow-up of the security providers service on site,
\n\tAt site level, implement rules to ensure economic security and to protect sensitive information,
\n\tAnticipate and prepare all planned events on the site in liaison with internal stakeholders and public authorities\/security forces (such as open days, public receptions\u2026)
\n\tAnticipate and prepare VIP visits on site in liaison with internal stakeholders and public authorities\/security forces,
\n\tImplement crisis management procedures at site level, according to the Group Security Policy,
\n\tConduct incident investigations and provide evidence in hearing processes<\/p>\n
EDUCATION<\/p>\n
\tCollege degree or equivalent training \/ experience in Business Administration, Law enforcement, security<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in the military, law enforcement or private security
\n\tPrevious supervisory & crisis management experience
\n\tIn-depth knowledge of national and\/or local security environment and security issues.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENT:<\/p>\n
\tTransport:\u00a0Own reliable car (mandatory)
\n\tLicense:\u00a0Valid Driver\u2019s License (mandatory)
\n\tPrivate Security Industry Regulatory\u00a0Authority\u00a0(PSIRA):\u00a0Minimum Grade A or B required (depending on site).\u00a0(desirable)
\n\tExperience:\u00a03\u20135+ years in a supervisory or management role\u00a0(mandatory)<\/p>\n
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE\/COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n
\tAdvanced knowledge about local \/ national security environment; field experience in the country
\n\tCrisis management ability,
\n\tExperience in drafting security plans,
\n\tAbility to adapt to constant change, to manage multiple tasks and to deal with complex, stressful situations,
\n\tGood spoken, written and synthesizing skills,
\n\tConfidentiality sensitivity
\n\tStrong interpersonal and communications skills (ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the site and outside the site).
\n\tAnalytical and problem-solving skills to implement\/review adequate security measures
\n\tExperience in organizing and managing staff\u00a0<\/p>\n
