\n\tProficiency in using sales software and tools.\u00a0

Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
Lead Management: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tFollow up on inbound inquiries and leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Customer Interaction: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEngage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products or services.\u00a0
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sales Processes: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales orders.\u00a0
\n\tProcess incoming sale orders.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sales Administration: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Product Knowledge: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tStay informed about the company\u2019s products, services, and industry trends.\u00a0
\n\tEducate customers about product features and benefits to assist in their purchasing decisions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sales Support: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with other departments, to ensure a seamless sales process.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tNational Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in an internal sales or customer service role, preferably within the electrical products or related industry.\u00a0
