Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead Generation and Outreach:<\/p>\n
\tResearch and qualify potential clients using internal tools and platforms.
\n\tOrganize leads and contact data in spreadsheets and the CRM (e.g.\u00a0HubSpot).
\n\tConduct outbound outreach via Linkedin, email, and phone to initiate contact and schedule meetings for an assigned Branch Manager.
\n\tPersistently follow up with leads and re-engage cold or inactive\u00a0prospects.
\n\tBook meetings with inbound leads generated through marketing\u00a0efforts.
\n\tEngage on Linkedin with Individuals who interact with the company’s\u00a0ads and content.<\/p>\n
Sales Support and Lifecycle Management<\/p>\n
\tSupport the sales cycle from lead to deal closure, assisting in the\u00a0preparation and submission of proposals
\n\tConfirm service capabilities in line with client requirements Monitor and support the progression of deals through the sales pipeline<\/p>\n
Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date client information and communications in the CRM
\n\tEnsure consistency and professionalism in all client interactions
\n\tAssist in post-meeting follow-up and relationship nurturing activities<\/p>\n
Reporting and Performance Tracking<\/p>\n
\tCompile regular reports to assess sales performance and\u00a0progress against target.
\n\tCollaborate with Branch Managers to identify areas of opportunity and optimize outreach strategies.<\/p>\n
