What you will bring:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or relevant qualification equal to NQF level 4
\n\tAdditional Property related qualification of any NQF 5 or higher
\n\tA bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Property Management, Business or Accounting will be an advantage.
\n\tAt least 5 years relevant experience in Property Management\/Administration, i.e., leasing administration, financial accounting and negotiation\/communication skills, directly interfacing with clients and providing general administrative support services.
\n\tMust hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and satisfy the requirements as set out the by EEAB and current legislation for the position.
\n\tKnowledge of South Africa\u2019s property industry, property markets and general administration\/accounting\/finance acumen.
\n\tKnowledge of Asset Management and knowledge of the legal requirements of the essentials of a lease agreement
\n\tERP Systems and Procedures, general business and property management acumen, house rules, service contractors, insurance policies and procedures<\/p>\n

What you will be doing:<\/p>\n
\tTo agree terms and conditions of proposals to lease premises within specified parameters and conclude terms of standard lease agreements (both Master Lease Agreements and Site Schedules).
\n\tTo satisfy needs of client whilst not compromising company position.
\n\tTo manage and control all contracts and effectively manage the portfolio on a Regional Basis, the objective being the maximizing of rental income.
\n\tTake responsibility for data integrity (building and tenant).
\n\tHandle audit queries. To control all aspects of Leases, i.e., Accounts and Financial. To manage the financial processes and reporting to clients.
\n\tTo establish and maintain effective support services for the property management functions of the portfolio.<\/p>\n
