Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Accounting (or equivalent qualification)
\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role within a dealership environment
\n\tProficiency in Evolve dealership management system (essential)
\n\tAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills
\n\tStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability
\n\tAble to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
\n\tTeam player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
\n\tAbility to work across multiple franchises<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPerform bank reconciliations and allocate accounts accurately
\n\tManage receipting, debtor allocation, and debtor reporting
\n\tPrepare cashflow forecasts and manage cash flow activities
\n\tComplete and submit FIC reports
\n\tMaintain and reconcile cash ledger accounts
\n\tHandle petty cash and cash for banking
\n\tManage accounts payable and vehicle administration functions
\n\tConduct general ledger reconciliations
\n\tAllocate OEM warranty and fleet claims
\n\tProcess floorplan payments and DIC
\n\tControl and manage ordering books
\n\tPerform additional administrative tasks as required<\/p>\n
