The Role<\/p>\n
\tAs Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all New Holland and other agricultural equipment, including diagnosing, identifying, and rectifying mechanical issues across a wide range of machinery.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDiagnose, repair, dismantle, fit, and assemble components for agricultural machinery, including PDI and warranty work.
\n\tSupervise and support team development, including apprentice logbook upkeep.
\n\tMaintain workshop safety, hygiene, organisation, and compliance with policies and standards.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and provide critical feedback.
\n\tApply digital tools and data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tQualified Artisan \u2013 Diesel\/Tractor Mechanic with Red Seal Certificate.
\n\tMinimum of 3 years\u2019 experience as a Tractor Mechanic.
\n\tExperience with Braud harvesters is advantageous.<\/p>\n
