\n\tExcellent communication skills and understanding of the communication flow.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :<\/p>\n
\tTo assist HR Leadership to provide aligned and compliant administrative and support services to all employees and business partners, thereby increasing organizational effectiveness.<\/p>\n
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :<\/p>\n
\tManage and participate in daily HR activities and administration.
\n\tSupport projects and to ensure expected service delivery to the HR team, business, Centres of Excellence and broader HR business.
\n\tTo ensure and drive awareness and usage of the HRIS and available Reports.
\n\tTo ensure that all legislative requirements and policies are implemented and adhered to within the business unit.
\n\tEnsure effective working relationships with external HR and support pillars.
\n\tManaging and executing on HR \/ Business related projects.
\n\tOnboarding and offboarding of employees
\n\tConducting interviews, references and verification checks<\/p>\n
