\tOverall responsibility for performance of the Branch (workshop & parts) & specified On-Site workshop.
\n\tAchievement of the agreed workshop sale of hours and profit margins.
\n\tAchievement of set CSM for service and parts.
\n\tAchieve efficient operation, establish & meet objectives on workshop operating policies & standards.
\n\tResponsible for managing the company\u2019s assets.
\n\tAchieve an ongoing increase in new customers and the retention thereof.
\n\tControl the branch\u2019s budget including personnel costs and overheads.
\n\tAchievement of agreed productivity and efficiency.
\n\tImplement MAN standards and procedures in all departments.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade: 12 Matric Certificate.
\n\tTechnical qualification or a comparable qualification.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tMust possess management and leadership skills with emphasis on leading and motivating staff.
\n\tGood financial knowledge.
\n\tComputer Literate.
\n\tHigh level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills.
\n\tPro-active, highly motivated in achieving set objective.
\n\tWorking knowledge of the warranty, repair and maintenance contracts.
\n\tPossession of technical knowledge of trucks and buses will be an added advantage.
\n\tMust possess analytical, financial and strategic skills to identify and exploit open sales potential.
\n\tMust be able to work well under extreme pressure and produce results accordingly.
\n\tMust be capable of sequential thinking Work independently though being a team player.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tManagerial experience in the automotive retail industry – 5 years.<\/p>\n
