Brand & Product Strategy<\/p>\n
\tManage the product portfolio and drive strategic product launches.
\n\tAlign brands with consumer needs, key retailer groups, and regional market trends.
\n\tAnalyse brand performance, conduct research and make recommendations for product portfolio improvements.
\n\tImplement growth drivers through trade activities, brand awareness campaigns, and national & tactical projects.<\/p>\n
Sales & Market Insights<\/p>\n
\tAnalyse sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities.
\n\tAdapt brand strategies to reflect market shifts and retailer dynamics.
\n\tEnsure brands stay competitive through a clear understanding of the retail landscape.<\/p>\n
Project Execution & Budget Management<\/p>\n
\tPlan and execute marketing campaigns with the Brand Marketing Manager.
\n\tWork with internal teams and agencies to bring brand strategies to life.
\n\tMonitor performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
\n\tTrack and manage budgets to ensure the best ROI on marketing activities.<\/p>\n
Retail & Trade Engagement<\/p>\n
\tStrengthen brand presence across key retailers and distribution channels.
\n\tEngage with key account managers and execute activities to drive in-store visibility and sales growth.
\n\tWork closely with sales teams to align brand goals with retail execution.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\tBrand Custodian \u2013 Experience in managing brand portfolios and market positioning.
\n\tMarketing Expert \u2013 Diploma\/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
\n\tStrategic Thinker \u2013 Proven experience in FMCG or the pet industry.
\n\tData-Driven Decision Maker \u2013 Strong ability to analyse sales trends and consumer behaviour.
\n\tCampaign Leader \u2013 Skilled in trade activations, brand awareness, and tactical projects.
\n\tRetail-Savvy \u2013 Understanding of key retailer groups, channels, and competitive dynamics.
\n\tTech-Savvy \u2013 Proficient in CRM tools and marketing software.
