\tAs our Client Liaison Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, supportive, and high\u2011quality service experience. Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
Client Support & Query Resolution<\/p>\n
\tProvide onsite, face\u2011to\u2011face support to members and client stakeholders.
\n\tResolve queries at first contact wherever possible within defined service level timelines.
\n\tTrack, manage, and ensure accurate closure of client queries.
\n\tAssist with onboarding, membership changes, and updating client information.<\/p>\n
Relationship & Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
\tBuild strong, trust\u2011based relationships with members, unions, payroll teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
\n\tEnsure client expectations are managed effectively and service levels are consistently met.
\n\tPromote AfroCentric\u2019s values through exceptional professionalism and service behaviour.<\/p>\n
Education, Communication & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tConduct onsite presentations and educational sessions regarding benefits, scheme rules, and internal processes.
\n\tPrepare weekly, monthly, and ad\u2011hoc reports and summaries.
\n\tEngage in proactive communication to enhance client understanding and service satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Service Delivery Improvement<\/p>\n
\tMonitor turnaround times and quality standards to ensure continuous improvement.
\n\tIdentify service bottlenecks and recommend enhancements.
\n\tEscalate compliance or policy-related matters through proper channels.<\/p>\n
Professional Development & Leadership Contribution<\/p>\n
\tStay updated on industry trends and scheme rules.

Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) \u2014 essential.
\n\tDiploma in Business Management, Clinical, or a related field \u2014 advantageous.<\/p>\n
3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience in:<\/p>\n
\tHealthcare industry
\n\tCustomer service \/ client-facing roles
\n\tQuality assurance
\n\tReporting and trending
\n\tStrong communication skills (verbal & written).
\n\tSolid understanding of healthcare processes, rules, and systems.
\n\tProblem-solving ability with exceptional attention to detail.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence \u2014 essential.<\/p>\n
