You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, leading strategic discussions, improving adoption, and ensuring the long\u2011term success of MRI\u2019s solutions as well as being a point of escalation for operational and other issues that may arise.<br \/>\n\tYou will coordinate across Sales, Professional Services, Finance and Support to ensure the client experience is seamless and value\u2011driven.<br \/>\n\tThis role requires someone dynamic, articulate, confident, and exceptionally organised \u2014 someone who can communicate at C\u2011Suite level, manage complex tasks, and maintain meticulous documentation.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild strong influential relationships with senior and executive stakeholders within assigned accounts<br \/>\n\tMonitor and improve client health, usage, and satisfaction using MRI best practices and tools.<br \/>\n\tConduct proactive check\u2011ins to validate account sentiment and ensure MRI\u2019s data aligns with client experience.<br \/>\n\tIdentify risks early and execute recovery plans to protect account health.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate across Account Management, Professional Services, Billing and Support to ensure a smooth and cohesive client journey.<br \/>\n\tDrive internal accountability when the client experience requires intervention or escalation.<br \/>\n\tRepresent the \u201cvoice of the client\u201d and support continuous improvement initiatives.<br \/>\n\tServe as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring appropriate prioritisation and leadership visibility.<br \/>\n\tManage escalations from initiation through resolution with clear communication and follow\u2011through.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate records, documentation, account plans, and communication logs.<br \/>\n\tStay current on MRI\u2019s product suite, integrations, and roadmap to enable strategic client discussions.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements <\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum 3 years in Client Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or Strategic Relationship Management.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to manage C\u2011Suite and senior\u2011level client engagements.<br \/>\n\tExperience presenting ROI, business insights, and strategic recommendations.<br \/>\n\tBackground in Real Estate or Financial Services is advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent verbal and written communication \u2014 confident, polished, and impactful.<br \/>\n\tStrong strategic thinking combined with disciplined task management and follow\u2011through.<br \/>\n\tAdvanced project and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\n\tHighly organised with exceptional documentation habits.<br \/>\n\tTechnically savvy; Salesforce experience required.<br \/>\n\tAbility to influence outcomes across cross\u2011functional teams.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re obsessed with making this the best job you\u2019ve ever had!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We want our teams to love working here, so we\u2019ve created some incredible perks for you to enjoy:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tWe want our staff to love working here, and so we\u2019ve created a few unique perks such as office breakfasts, quarterly lunches and virtual social events.
