\n\tThe role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities while ensuring customer needs are effectively aligned with internal operations.<\/p>\n
Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo grow revenue and strengthen client loyalty by driving new business development and managing key client relationships. The role aligns sales orders with company operations to ensure customer needs are met while supporting sustainable business growth.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\nMinimum education (essential):<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field<\/p>\n
\u00a0Minimum applicable experience (years):<\/p>\n
\t5+ years relevant sales experience<\/p>\n
Required nature of experience:<\/p>\n
\tExposure to the FMCG or food manufacturing industry
\n\tB2B Sales
\n\tB2C Sales
\n\tCustomer Relationship Management
\n\tSales Forecasting
\n\tKey Account Management<\/p>\n

\tMicrosoft Office Suite

Client Relationship Management & Sales Growth<\/p>\n
\tDrive sales growth by proactively sourcing and engaging new clients through calls, meetings, and digital communication.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong client relationships by providing support on order queries, delivery updates, lead times, MOQs, and product recommendations.
\n\tContinuously engage with the Sales Operations Manager to align client expectations with operational capabilities.
\n\tIdentify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across targeted sales channels.
\n\tPromote the brand through in-store tastings, promotional events, and regional activations to increase product visibility and sales.
\n\tRepresent the company at product launches and promotional events as a brand ambassador.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Sales Planning & Operational Alignment<\/p>\n
\tCompile and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts to management and the sales team.
\n\tMonitor and communicate sales routes and schedules through daily coordination with internal teams.
\n\tReport monthly sales performance and client insights to Exco and Finance to support strategic decision-making.
\n\tParticipate in weekly sales meetings to review targets, progress, and alignment with company objectives.
\n\tManage product sample logistics, including deliveries and client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and feedback.<\/p>\n
