Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSupport leadership in the delivery of regulatory, legal, and compliance engagements
\n\tIndependently execute complex workstreams and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality
\n\tPerform detailed regulatory analysis and interpretation to identify compliance requirements and potential risks
\n\tContribute to the development of high-quality client deliverables, including reports, memoranda, and compliance assessments
\n\tSupport the effective implementation of compliance and regulatory initiatives across client organizations
\n\tConduct ongoing regulatory research and maintain current knowledge of evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices
\n\tDevelop and recommend compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs
\n\tPresent findings, recommendations, and compliance strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
\n\tMentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and support staff on regulatory and compliance matters
\n\tIdentify compliance gaps and risks, and recommend practical solutions to address identified deficiencies
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated compliance solutions and consistent delivery of services
\n\tExercise sound professional judgment in complex regulatory matters and escalate issues appropriately
\n\tManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and on-time completion<\/p>\n
Qualifications 4\u2011year legal degree or 2\u2011year post\u2011graduate legal degree<\/p>\n
\tAdmitted attorney
\n\tCompliance\u2011related diploma or certification
\n\tPost\u2011graduate qualification in law, regulation or a related field (advantageous)<\/p>\n
