\tSupervise, coordinate, and support maintenance teams to ensure efficient delivery of daily operational activities.
\n\tEnsure that both planned (preventative) and unplanned (reactive) maintenance is carried out timeously and in accordance with approved standards and procedures.
\n\tMonitor and manage the condition of all properties, ensuring that maintenance and repair works are executed to required quality standards.
\n\tAllocate tasks, manage workloads, and track team performance to ensure productivity and accountability.
\n\tConduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, potential risks, and areas requiring improvement.
\n\tLiaise with Infrastructure, service providers, and relevant stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve issues effectively.
\n\tEnsure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in property management and\/or maintenance within a similar environment.
\n\tAt least 1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
\n\tProven experience in managing both preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
\n\tExperience working with contractors and service providers<\/p>\n
