{"id":32333,"date":"2026-03-20T08:00:30","date_gmt":"2026-03-20T08:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/human-resources-administrator-4\/"},"modified":"2026-03-20T08:00:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T08:00:32","slug":"human-resources-administrator-4","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/human-resources-administrator-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Administrator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Main Purpose of Position<\/p>\n<p>\tThe efficient processing and administration of centralised human resources information, processes, compensation and benefits.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n<p>Effective HR Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure that full vetting process has been followed upon recruitment of new incumbent<br \/>\n\tProcess all new starter documents and onboarding pack as per HR Guidelines and policy<br \/>\n\tProvide advice on benefits offered by the Company and ensure that benefits are linked by Payroll<br \/>\n\tEnsure a movement form is fully approved and processed including Engaging and Terminating all employees on SAGE 300 People\u00a0(Promotions, Transfers, Death, etc.) and any other legislative systems\/portals\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that a resignation letter or dismissal letter is received<br \/>\n\tActivate the Exit Interview on MYlearning for resignations<br \/>\n\tComplete benefit withdrawals (pension fund, UI19 and Certificate of service) and process Medical Aid cancellation\/transfer<br \/>\n\tSubmit monthly payroll related Input to Payroll including Pay Queries<br \/>\n\tResponsible for HR related Policies and procedures and the adherence thereof<br \/>\n\tEnsure that Payroll Approval reaches Payroll as per set deadlines<br \/>\n\tOversee distribution of Pension Fund Statements, payslips and IRP5\u2019s annually<br \/>\n\tOversee personnel file administration and ensure all documents are on file. Electronically and Hard Copy.<br \/>\n\tProcess leave, disciplinary outcomes and beneficiary details on Sage 300 People\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSubmit Benefit Application forms to relevant Benefits partner\/Insurer (i.e medical aid &amp; multibenefit forms)<\/p>\n<p>Benefits Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tProcess Workman\u2019s Compensation Admin, death claims and disability \/Injury on Duty claims<br \/>\n\tEnsure that employees update beneficiary forms annually<br \/>\n\tAdminister Maternity leave process and ensure the necessary agreements are in place\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Timely and accurate reporting and compliance audit\/reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tCompilation of monthly reporting and management information and KPIs<br \/>\n\tProvident\/Pension Fund Schedules and outstanding information reporting<br \/>\n\tProvident\/Pension Fund reconciliation<br \/>\n\tVarious reports as per Managements request including Board Packs etc<\/p>\n<p>Health and Safety<\/p>\n<p>\tParticipate in the design\/ development\/ review\/ implementation and monitoring of the branch\/region\/national safety plans for each year.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talks<br \/>\n\tReport all safety incidents to the relevant people<br \/>\n\tDiscuss all safety incidents on all levels<br \/>\n\tFollow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting\/committee\/representative\/management<br \/>\n\tAttend safety education and refresher programmes<br \/>\n\tComply with safety policies and procedures at workplace<br \/>\n\tDistribute safety information as and when required<br \/>\n\tWear protective clothing all the time<\/p>\n<p>Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Knowlege:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tKnowledge of administrative procedures<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of South African Labour Law<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of the BCEA<\/p>\n<p>Skills:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCommunication (written and verbal)<br \/>\n\tSupporting and working with others<br \/>\n\tDelivering objectives<\/p>\n<p>Attributes:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tDelivering great customer service<br \/>\n\tSharing and cooperating<br \/>\n\tDealing with changing circumstances<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding the organisational environment<br \/>\n\tAttention to detail<br \/>\n\tWork under pressure<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tDiploma or Degree in Human Resources<br \/>\n\tMinimum 5 years experience in a position within Human Resources\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSAGE 300 People (not negotiable)<br \/>\n\tMust be efficient in Microsoft Excel<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.g4s.co.za\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>careers.g4s.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/careers.g4s.com","_company_name":"G4S","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.g4s.co.za\/","_company_tagline":"WHO WE ARE G4S is the world\u2019s leading international security solutions group, and the largest provider of integrated security solutions in South Africa.
