Compliance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree\/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Risk Management, Financial Management, Law, Auditing, or related field.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tA minimum of 6 years\u2019 experience in risk and compliance or enterprise risk management\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCertified Internal Auditor, or\u00a0<br \/>\n\tInstitute of Internal Auditors, or\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCertified Risk and compliance Professional\u00a0<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of legislations governing the MICT is advantageous<\/p>\n<p>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Enterprise Risk Management\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure that the risk processes are applied uniformly across the MICT SETA and correct deviations.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tRecommend a protocol of risk management oversight in the MICT SETA\u00a0<br \/>\n\tContribute towards the risk culture positioning and drive initiatives towards an ideal risk culture.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain a \u201cCompliance Calendar\u201d indicating the expected timelines of compliance related processes and the anticipated submission date of evidence output.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tImplement the risk appetite framework and combined assurance model.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMonitor the strategic, operational and projects risk profiles, including risk support to management, risk awareness and assessment of adequacy and effectiveness of risk mitigations\/controls.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProvide support in risk management\u2019s administration.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCompile, assess and report risk information to management and the risk management committee.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMonitor the Risk Register, analyse the quarterly audit reports and any potential changes in the environment which affect the risk profile.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tFacilitate the management of risks emanating from strategic and operational activities.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure effective and efficient business unit records management.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tFacilitate the implementation of risk management systems across business units.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure the effective use of the Enterprise Risk Management system.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Governance, Risk, and Compliance\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide input into Enterprise Risk Management policies, procedures, forms and process flows.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tImplement the risk management policy framework as it relates to risk management, business continuity management, compliance, and ethics.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCo-ordinate and manage the policy attestation requirements for all risk policies and report the results to management.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEstablish, monitor, and improve the risk governance structure and reporting requirements MICT SETA wide and at various levels within the organisation.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMonitor policies and procedures for appropriate risk measures.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCompile risk compliance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBe aware of governance control processes and role segregation requirements in area of accountability.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPrepare quarterly report on the status of Risk mitigation plans.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Policies, Procedures, and related Acts.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProvide the internal and external auditors with necessary documentation timeously.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAnalyse and report on adherence to Policy, Standards and Governance Frame work across the organisation.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that appropriate control measures are introduced to address matters raised in audit findings.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that completed work adheres to relevant policies, procedures, governance and legislative requirements and report on deviations &amp; discrepancies.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tFacilitate and implement Enterprise Risk Management workshops.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure correct application of policies, practices, standards, procedures and legislation in the delivery of work outputs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Client &amp;
