\tThe intake agent will receive and review the fax images and start data entry in the system.\u00a0
\n\tValidate and verify the provider and member using all compliance metrics.\u00a0
\n\tCreate the precert case and route the case to the appropriate bucket for initial or final review.\u00a0
\n\tAttach the fax for existing precert cases needing additional information.\u00a0
\n\tIntake agent needs to determine whether case should be cancelled or build \u00a0Investigate previous case history to determine case outcome \u00a0Fax back providers\u00a0
\n\tResearch certain drugs\u00a0
\n\tData capture from system to template.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tNavigate through multiple systems \/ applications for data gathering\u00a0
\n\tProficiency with computer skills (navigating multiple systems and keyboarding)\u00a0
\n\tUnderstand the goals and standards to ensure that quality and productivity standards are met\u00a0
\n\tAccurate and timely updating of the database\u00a0
\n\tMeet the agreed upon KPIs as per the operational definitions and targets\u00a0
\n\tParticipate in the User Acceptance Testing as needed\u00a0
\n\t98% – 100% attendance during training\/nesting period is required\u00a0
\n\tTying speed \u2013 25-30 words\/minute with 90% accuracy
\n\tMust be flexible to work hours with Monthly work schedules changes<\/p>\n
