\tA Non-Motor Claims Adviser captures, validates and finalises contents and other various claims\u00a0from client. Our Advisers within the Non-Motor Claims Department are committed to providing\u00a0MiWay clients with awesome service and to making their experience enjoyable, easy and\u00a0convenient.
\n\tDemonstrating an excellent knowledge of product and claim terms, rules and\u00a0conditions in order to correctly advise and assist the customer. \u00a0<\/p>\n
What will make you successful in this role?<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification Required :\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/Standard 10\/NQF4<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 1 year experience in a short-term insurance industry \u00a0
\n\tPrevious call center experience with an above average performance track record<\/p>\n
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to<\/p>\n
\tCapture\/Register claims on systems \u00a0
\n\tHandle administration and follow ups concerning claims. \u00a0
\n\tLiaise with clients, service providers & assessors. \u00a0
\n\tHandle and resolve queries from clients\/service providers. \u00a0
\n\tValidate claims within turnaround time. \u00a0
\n\tHandling and resolving queries and problems from clients and service providers. \u00a0
\n\tPayment of claims and invoices from service providers within specific turnaround times \u00a0
\n\tConduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.\u00a0<\/p>\n
