\n\tAs a Jumpstart Intern at JPMorganChase\u2019s Commercial & Investment Bank, you will gain exposure to a global leader in banking, markets, and investor services. You will join one of our lines of business in Banking, Markets, Operations, Finance, or Technology, and have the opportunity to be mentored by our professionals and leaders both locally and globally. This programme will run from January 2027 to December 2027, with the possibility of extension based on mutual agreement. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 3-week Winter Internship Programme during the 2026 winter university vacation period.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPerforms tasks and receives training as prescribed by the placement line of business
\n\tActively participates in projects and assignments from start to completion, providing support to tasks related to the aligned line of business<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tEligibility to work in South Africa
\n\tFinal year (2026) degree student with a sound academic record and an average GPA of 65% (all faculties welcome)
\n\tFluency in English
\n\tSelf-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
\n\tGood communication and listening skills
\n\tAttention to detail, logical, and well-organized
\n\tStrong analytical and management skills, and ability to adhere to strict deadline
\n\tNot more than 12 months of work experience<\/p>\n
