Main Purpose of the Job:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible to be the frontline customer service point in facilitating the play of casino tables games whilst providing exceptional service on the floor in accordance with company standards and gaming regulations.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
Education, experience, and competencies required:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent national qualification in gaming operations
\n\tMust be between 18 – 35 years old
\n\tCurrently unemployed
\n\tNo criminal record
\n\tPrevious experience in a customer facing role
\n\tWilling and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
\n\tWilling and able to work in a smoking environment<\/p>\n
Certifications\/Accreditation\/Registration\/Licenses<\/p>\n
\tMeet the requirements for a gaming license<\/p>\n
The Learnership offers:<\/p>\n
\tA 12- month employment contract
\n\tThe Learnership will result in a National Certificate in Gaming Level 3
\n\tContinuous coaching, mentoring, on the job training and assessment
\n\tWork exposure in a gaming environment.<\/p>\n
