\tBCom degree or equivalent qualification
\n\tAIISA or FIISA
\n\tFAIS compliant.
\n\tValid Code 08 Driver\u2019s License.<\/p>\n
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a technical\/operational role.
\n\tExperience in the South African insurance\/re-insurance market.
\n\tExperience with distribution channels and broker development.
\n\tProven experience in leading and managing teams.
\n\tSenior management experience is a distinct advantage<\/p>\n
