\nResponsibilities: \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssisting the Store manager with Stock take & store administration\u00a0
\n\tMonitor and analyse stock movement within the store\u00a0
\n\tImplement risk management procedures, which mitigate stock losses and Shrinkage.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance of all administration, systems and reporting procedures\u00a0
\n\tExtracting store report to analyse store turnover and stock performance\u00a0
\n\tUnderstand and present information to Store manager\u00a0
\n\tOrganise and maintain in store filing systems\u00a0
\n\tMonitor and controller cash or transactional activities to ensure process is followed\u00a0
\n\tUphold in store safety and security procedures.
\n\tProcess Customer transactions via active retail system (POS)\u00a0
\n\tIdentifying Customer needs through professional engagement and communication.\u00a0
\n\tEstablish Customer loyalty, by promoting cash reward programs.\u00a0
\n\tTake initiative to improve Customer experience and satisfaction.\u00a0
\n\tAdhere to visual Merchandising principles and follow housekeeping procedures\u00a0
\n\tContinuously take on opportunities to develop your own selling skills and product knowledge.\u00a0
\n\tWork within a team to meet sales target and implement store objectives.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA Grade 12 qualification\u00a0
\n\tA minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience\u00a0
\n\tRemain in sync with the latest fashion trends\u00a0
\n\tA passion for excellent Customer services and sales environment \u00a0<\/p>\n
Skills:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGood administration ability.\u00a0
\n\tBe computer literate\u00a0
\n\tCustomer Service Delivery\u00a0
