\tWe have an opportunity for a Quality Control Agent to join our team on a contract basis.
\n\tThis role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of market research data collected through various methods.
\n\tYou will work closely with project teams, clients, and fieldwork agents to maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.<\/p>\n
\u00a0What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
\tConduct thorough data cleaning and quality assurance on research data (including grammar, consistency, and accuracy checks)
\n\tVerify data against source materials (e.g. call recordings, surveys) to ensure validity
\n\tAnalyse datasets to identify trends, gaps, or inconsistencies
\n\tManage and respond to client queries related to data quality and integrity
\n\tMonitor and review the work of fieldwork\/QC agents to ensure adherence to quality standards
\n\tProvide progress updates and insights to internal stakeholders
\n\tSupport project timelines by tracking, consolidating, and preparing data for delivery
\n\tAssist with improving quality control processes and workflows<\/p>\n
\u00a0What You Bring<\/p>\n
\tStrong Excel skills (critical requirement for success in this role)
\n\tHigh attention to detail with strong editing and data cleaning capabilities
\n\tAbility to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
\n\tStrong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
\n\tAbility to manage deadlines and work under pressure<\/p>\n
\u00a0Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12) is required
\n\tAdditional certifications in Data Analysis or Excel will be advantageous<\/p>\n
Advantageous:<\/p>\n
\tExperience in market research quality control or data validation
\n\tExperience working with CATI \/ survey data
\n\tExposure to team coordination or QC oversight<\/p>\n
