\/>\n\t\u00a0 Target dates for implementation and review<br \/>\n\tSupervise subordinates in the execution of the three audit phases<br \/>\n\tSupervise team meetings regarding the direction and progress on the audits<br \/>\n\tProvide guidance to auditors on audit related matters<br \/>\n\tConduct the field work in accordance with policies and procedures<br \/>\n\tCommunicate to Line Manager on progress or obstacles during the audit<br \/>\n\tProvide support in the review of contract work and quality assurance<br \/>\n\tProvide input to regularity audit strategic plans<br \/>\n\tProvide guidance on AGSA audit approach<br \/>\n\tPromote and manage sound internal controls within the Business\u00a0Unit<br \/>\n\tKeep abreast of the latest development at the AGSA<br \/>\n\tManage audits within the allocated time frame<br \/>\n\tManage audits in adherence to internal processes, policies and procedures<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Relationships<\/p>\n<p>Maintain internal stakeholder relationships:<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage with regularity audit on a regular basis on audit proceedings.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate debriefing sessions with regularity audit on the previous year\u2019s audits performed<br \/>\n\tEngage with the team during the three audit phases (planning, execution and reporting)<br \/>\n\tEngage with colleagues within the Business Unit<\/p>\n<p>Maintain external stakeholder relationships:<\/p>\n<p>\tEngage\u00a0 with the management of the auditee on a regular basis on audit proceedings<br \/>\n\tLiaise with audit firms regarding contract out audits<br \/>\n\tLiaise with prospective employees<\/p>\n<p>People Management<\/p>\n<p>\tAnalyse the business plan to determine the applicable deliverables and targets<br \/>\n\tParticipate in securing the human resource requirements to ensure that deliverables will be met in accordance with the expected targets<br \/>\n\tManage staff performance to implement a culture of performance management:<br \/>\n\tCompile IPC\u2019s and PDP\u2019s<br \/>\n\tConduct coaching sessions to ensure subordinates perform at the optimum level<br \/>\n\tProvide constant feedback to subordinates<br \/>\n\tProvide mentorship to subordinates<br \/>\n\tConduct performance reviews in accordance with policies and procedures and take corrective action where necessary<br \/>\n\tManage the development of staff and ensure each staff member has a Personal Development Plan<br \/>\n\tCreate a conducive environment to maintain and enhance employee motivation<br \/>\n\tParticipate in transformational initiatives inclusive of change, organisational culture, CSI, diversity, etc<br \/>\n\tContinually improve own competence through personal development as per PDP and allocated budget<br \/>\n\t\u00a0 Monitor staff leave, training, non-recoverable activities and recoverability reports to ensure achievement of annual recoverability targets.<br \/>\n\t\u00a0 Provide input on the centre income budget<br \/>\n\t\u00b7\u00a0Assist with the review invoices of CWC before submission for approval<\/p>\n<p>Ad-hoc duties (Applicable to All JD\u2019s)<\/p>\n<p>\tPerform and\/or manage other projects, tasks and assignments not stipulated on the Job description as and when required<\/p>\n<p>Formal Education<\/p>\n<p>\tB Degree in Auditing, Computer Science or Informatics<br \/>\n\tCertified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)<\/p>\n<p>The following will be an added advantage:<\/p>\n<p>\tERP Certificate (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tSolid experience in auditing SAP\/ORACLE environment<br \/>\n\tExperience on other ERP environments, such as JD Edwards and PeopleSoft would be
