Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThis role involves providing comprehensive finance and administrative support to the Shared Services department, through effective stock control, invoicing, account reconciliation, and payment processing, while assisting with budget requirements and resolving client queries to ensure accurate financial records and efficient operational processes.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tPerform general administrative duties to support the day-to-day functioning of the department
\n\tManage and maintain accurate stock control records, ensuring discrepancies are identified and addressed timeously
\n\tConduct daily invoicing of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
\n\tCapture and maintain payment data accurately on relevant financial systems
\n\tIssue orders in accordance with approved processes and operational requirements
\n\tReconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping
\n\tAssist with budget-related requirements by providing supporting information and maintaining relevant documentation
\n\tResolve client queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely feedback and effective service delivery<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 with Accounting and Mathematics as subjects
\n\tBCom or relevant finance qualification (completed or in progress) (advantageous)
\n\tMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in finance related position
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tAdvanced skills in MS Excel
\n\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
\n\tDeadline driven, good organising and planning skills
\n\tDetail orientated<\/p>\n
