We are seeking a motivated VAS Project Manager to lead innovative service projects across our stores, ensuring successful launches, refurbishments, and IT initiatives that align with our vision and values. In this role, you will coordinate and manage key projects, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless project execution from planning to operational readiness.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tA diploma or degree in Project Management, Financial Management, or related field.
\n\t3-5 years\u2019 experience in project management, preferably within retail or service sectors.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project tools like Cube.
\n\tStrong communication skills with an ability to engage effectively at all levels.
\n\tExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
\n\tA proactive, flexible mindset with a passion for driving results and innovation.
\n\tUnderstanding of Boxer\u2019s brand values and business processes is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLead the planning and execution of value-added services for new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring everything is operational on time.
\n\tPartner with IT and development teams to manage projects that introduce new technologies and services.
\n\tScout for innovative business opportunities that align with Boxer\u2019s customer-centric approach.
\n\tCoordinate site readiness by working closely with development and store teams to ensure all infrastructure and specifications meet project requirements.
\n\tOversee supplier engagements and negotiate service agreements to optimize value and performance.
\n\tLead the creation of user manuals, quick reference guides, and training materials to support smooth adoption of new services and technologies.
\n\tBuild and nurture strong relationships with service providers and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service quality.
\n\tMonitor project progress rigorously and communicate updates clearly to all involved parties.<\/p>\n
