Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for prospecting new business, network & build relationships with new\u00a0students and corporate clients
\n\tResponsible for selling all the institution’s higher education programmes
\n\tAssisting students with course information and general queries
\n\tGenerating new leads from corporate presentations, turning them into\u00a0opportunities and converting into sales
\n\tGrow market share
\n\tMaintain and update CRM database
\n\tCreate and adhere to sales processes and procedures, designed to increase\u00a0conversion rates and student registration experience
\n\tThe ability to close sales opportunities
\n\tDemonstrates advanced product knowledge
\n\tContacting potential customers via telephone and email. Adheres to follow up\u00a0processes and procedures
\n\tMeets with clients, both in and out of the office
\n\tWorking towards KPIs and achieving targets
\n\tIdentifying opportunities for new business within the market
\n\tPaying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry
\n\tBuilding long-term relationships with new and existing customers
\n\tEnsuring that all administration is up to date and is in line with compliance
\n\tBrand Ambassador for the institution \u2013 grow brand awareness and build\u00a0relationships<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge and understanding of a variety of industries and qualifications
\n\tExperience in CRM
\n\tMS Office literacy (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook essential)
\n\tExcellent planning and organizational skills
\n\tPersuasiveness and negotiation skills
\n\tListening skills
\n\tExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
\n\tNetworking skills
\n\tHigh level of integrity
\n\tTeam player
\n\tSelf-motivation and confidence<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t3-5 years sales experience
\n\t3 years customer service experience
\n\t3 years telesales experience
\n\tEducation minimum of a degree (NQF7)
\n\tDriver\u2019s license and own reliable transport, must be willing to travel
\n\tAbility to network, build relationships within the corporate and education sectors
\n\tMaintain relationships with current clients
\n\tA passionate, self-motivated enterprising person who is target-driven
\n\tExcellent telephone manner
\n\tFlexible as per the requirements of the job (weekends, evenings)
\n\tAbility to work independently and meet daily targets
\n\tAbility to work under pressure according to KPIs<\/p>\n
