International Family Care &amp; Professional \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Graduate Intern \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Senior Key Account Manager \u2013 Traditional Trade, IFP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of the Brand Manager role is to develop, manage and sustain a profitable brand \/ brand portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will be responsible for the following actions:<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide input into the brand strategy review (situational analysis) \u2013 Working closely with EMEA team<br \/>\n\tResponsible for developing Annual Brand Plan taking category, brand, consumer and customer priorities and objectives into consideration<br \/>\n\tResponsible for executing Marketing Plan, briefing and guiding the agencies to deliver effective marketing campaigns<br \/>\n\tSupport the team in the creative development process for all ATL and BTL communication together with the various agencies. \u00a0Give input into media planning and spend<br \/>\n\tWork closely with Digital Marketing specialist to ensure First Party Data, consumer engagement and other digital campaigns deliver on desired key performance indicators<br \/>\n\tPartner with Shopper marketing agency &amp; Category team to manage all the \u201cBelow the line\u201d activity, including sampling and activations, Point of Sale, and launches for specific brand portfolios<br \/>\n\tDevelop appropriate consumer &amp; shopper insights, ensuring insights, channel &amp; POP opportunities are incorporated into all strategies and plans \u2013 working closely with Category &amp; Trade team<br \/>\n\tTrack, analyze and evaluate all brand initiatives to ensure business results are achieved and brand equity is maintained &#8211; Delivers agreed brand, and sector profitability targets<br \/>\n\tNew product development &amp; introduction (NPI \u2013 Project Management)<br \/>\n\tEnsures communication to all relevant stakeholders during projects<br \/>\n\tEnsures that all business management standards, processes and procedures are applied and adhered to in all activities and adhere to the CFI\u2019s and KC corporate compliance<br \/>\n\tManaging cross functional relationships to deliver marketing objectives including Global &amp; EMEA regional teams, R&amp;D, Commercial, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain as well as agencies<br \/>\n\tEvaluate data, marketing and competitor information from various sources; including sales performance, promotion performance, and market analyses &#8211; Nielsen<br \/>\n\tManaging the research process where appropriate<br \/>\n\tEnsure administrative responsibilities to facilitate campaign execution are attended to (creation of purchase orders, arranging sample stock, managing\/tracking spend and project tracking in relevant status meetings)<\/p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need the following:<\/p>\n<p>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\tMarketing bachelor\u2019s degree \/ IMM Diploma<br \/>\n\t2-3 years continuous job experience as Marketing Assist \/ Junior Brand Manager, in the FMCG industry<br \/>\n\tExposure to and understanding P&amp;L and ROI is critical.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to develop strong working relationships, and to deliver business results.<\/p>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tAnalytical<br \/>\n\tProject management with strong time management<br \/>\n\tStrategy development and Planning implementation<br \/>\n\tFinancial acumen: P&amp;L;
