\n\tThe ideal candidate will drive strong sales performance by converting showroom visitors into customers through compelling product demonstrations, consistently meeting sales targets, and accurately capturing orders and documentation.
\n\tYou will assess customer needs, clearly communicate pricing and offers, and highlight key product features. You\u2019ll also handle customer queries, process payments, and manage refunds and credits to ensure a seamless experience.<\/p>\n

\tLead sales activations in surrounding areas to attract new customers, drive foot traffic, and boost revenue.
\n\tEnhance customer interactions by delivering a positive, engaging sales and service experience where every customer feels valued and supported.
\n\tManage the full customer journey \u2014 from account opening through to order processing \u2014 ensuring a smooth, end-to-end experience.
\n\tLeverage comprehensive product knowledge and pricing expertise to maximize conversion rates and deliver the best value to customers.
\n\tConsistently exceed expectations by understanding customer needs and positioning solutions that close sales.
\n\tMaintain high quality standards by ensuring all processes and interactions are accurate and professional.
\n\tKeep the store environment clean, organized, and inviting through regular housekeeping.
\n\tProvide actionable WFS feedback to identify improvement opportunities and help enhance store processes.
\n\tComplete all administration and reporting tasks accurately and on time, ensuring performance records and metrics remain current.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll need to do this role<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/Matric (Minimum Required)
\n\t1 years\u2019 minimum experience in retail
\n\tClear criminal and ITC record \u2013 Must have
\n\tMust not be currently debarred or declared not fit and proper in terms of the FAIS Act
\n\tMust be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
\n\tWorking in the homewares retail industry would be advantageous<\/p>\n
